Calendar, 5779 (2018 - 2019)
On our calendar, you’ll find our monthly Rosh Chodesh celebrations, Tashlich/Shalechet, Sukkot, Tu B’Shevat Seder, Women’s Pesach Seder, Women’s Shabbat Service, and other events. Since 2013, the JWC has been engaged in interfaith and intercultural programs with women from the Muslim community. In 2017 we were honored by The Islamic Center of Pittsburgh at its Humanity Day Award Ceremony. We also received a leather-bound citation from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, signed by the Honorable Dan Frankel, a Member of the House of Representatives, and a framed Proclamation from Allegheny County, signed by Rich Fitzgerald, County Executive.
